We have already planned a lot of seminars for 2015 and for sure there will be some more arranged. Also please remember that it is possible to arrange your training in Warsaw at other dates too. Yiquan conference was organized in Wudang mountains by Xie Yongguang - disciple of master Yao Chengguang.

In September 2014 Yiquan Academy students trained in China in the school of master Yao Chengguang.

After Chinese Yiquan Festival organized last year in Handan, Hebei province, this year Yiquan Festival will be a part of International Wudang Wushu Festival. It will be organized in Danjiangkou in Wudang mountains, 17-19 October. Yiquan festival will include tui shou and san shou competition.

Yiquan Academy seminar in Barcelona, Spain, covered some zhan zhuang, shi li fa li, tui shou, various ways of hitting in tui shou and also principles of countering them.

Seminar organized in The Hague, The Netherlands, covered some zhan zhuang, shi li, tui shou, san shou, hitting bag and hitting cotton ball training.

Keep Balance 2014 - Tui Shou sparring meeting was organized in Warsaw, Poland. There were participants from yiquan, i liq chuan, taijiquan, xingyiquan/baguazhang.

Winter course was organized in Warsaw, Poland, 24 April - 1 March 2014.

Another of a series of yiquan seminars led by Andrzej Kalisz was organized in Florence, Italy. This time the focus was put on tui shou and hitting bag training.

On the February 1st open free classes were organized in Yiquan Academy in Warsaw. We started from Yiquan Yangshengzhuang (Zhan Zhuang Qigong). Next was a short introduction to Chinese languange and writing system, focusing on the word and character meaning 'horse' (as we just entered The Year of The Horse). Then there was introduction to basic trainng methods of Yiquan as a martial art. The last part was intended mainly for our students - it covered some exercises related to "galloping horse" fighting method.

Yiquan Academy Basic Level program - designed by master Yao Chengguang. After completing basic level, you repeat the program at intermediate, advanced and enhancing levels (deepening and expanding).

It is possible to learn Yiquan according to master Yao Chengguang's method in Warsaw, Poland at times convenient for you (excluding some holidays and times when seminars elsewhere are organized). More information: here and here .
